Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Our online payments utilise the Royal Bank of Scotland's secure online transaction service WorldPay so we never see your credit or debit card details. As soon as you reach the payment screen, you are passed to The Royal Bank of Scotland's WorldPay service.
The bank processes the payment for us and informs both you and ourselves when the transaction is complete. You are then returned to the Royal Zoological Society Gift Shop site.
The Royal Zoological Society does not receive, view or retain your credit or debit card details when you buy online. The WorldPay Secure Payment Site employs the highest standards of security and is authenticated by Verisign.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All online transactions are made via credit or debit card. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Solo, Maestro, Visa Debit and JCB. You can check the status of your order at any time by signing in to the Historic Scotland online shop.
Can I order by telephone?
Unfortunately we do not accept orders over the phone. If you are looking for information about a product or requesting a product that isn't currently on our online shop please contact us using the following email: email@example.com
Can I buy admission tickets to Edinburgh Zoo and the
Highland Wildlife Park?
You can book tickets for our two parks at www.edinburghzoo.org.uk and www.highlandwildlifepark.org respectively.
Can I make an international (non-United Kingdom) purchase?

How much do you charge for
We have a flat rate of £3.50 for all UK deliveries. For international deliveries the costs are: £10 for any country within the EU and £15 for any country outside the EU.
Are international deliveries subject to import duties and taxes?
For delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and
taxes which you will have to pay when the package reaches your
What is your returns policy?
A full refund (including the original postage and packing costs) will be given for any ddefective goods returned within 14 days of delivery, as lonas the item is returned in its original packaging together with a copy of your confirmation of dispatch email. On return please provide a brief description of the fault.
For non-defective goods we will accept returns within 7 days of
delivery. Upon receipt of the items a full refund will be
given (including the original posting and packaging
cost). The only exceptions to this are: perishable items such
as food and sweets, personalised items, entrance tickets,
experience gifts, audio/video recordings or software that you
unsealed and items such as earrings and cosmetics.
How soon will I get my order?
We process your order within 48 hours (or less) of receiving it,
during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm GMT).
Conservation Publications will be despatched using Royal Mail or
Parcel Force depending on weight. Please allow up to 28 days for
delivery. This may be longer for overseas orders.
Does my RZSS membership discount apply?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer discount to members online. We do however hope to run promotions throughout the year for members.
