Delivery and Returns
Items ordered will usually be delivered by Royal Mail or Parcel Post and AEL cannot be held liable for any delivery delays following dispatch. In the event of delayed delivery please wait for a period of at least 14 days from the date of dispatch of your order before contacting AEL.
All prices listed include VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery charges, which will be shown separately in your email notification from AEL.
AEL recommends that you print out and retain your confirmation of dispatch e-mail in case you want to contact us about your order or return items after delivery.
AEL will always accept return of and offer a refund (including original postage and packing costs) for defective goods returned within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery, as long as the item is returned in its original packaging together with a copy of your confirmation of dispatch e-mail. On return please provide a brief description of the fault.
Non Defective Goods Returns and Order Cancellation
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a right to cancel your order and or return an item purchased through the RZSS shop within 7 (seven) days of delivery for any reason. Within a reasonable period of receipt of such returned items AEL will refund to your payment card both the item costs and the original postage and packing cost. Unfortunately AEL is not able to refund the cost to you of having items returned to AEL. Please note that this does not include the right to return perishable items such as food and sweets, periodicals, personalised items, entrance tickets, experience gifts, audio/video recordings or software that you have unsealed and items such as earrings and cosmetics.

Cancellation of Orders
You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel your order by emailing us at email@example.com.
